Dick Pepper – principal and founder of VoxMD. Originally an illustrator, he was an early adopter of the internet, literally at day one as a beta tester of Mosaic, the original web browser. His early work with marketing teams for FedEx, International Paper, AutoZone and Warner Brothers exposed him to foundations of branding and communications and his technical side developed as team leader of FedEx.com. Consulting projects included marketing and technology solutions for St. Jude, Les Passes, and Wright Medical. He moved to Medtronic in 2000 and created the eBusiness group, expanding it to several major websites such as Back.com and over 5,000 eSurgeon websites for spine surgeons. He left Medtronic in 2010 to work with First Choice Medical creating sales effectiveness and efficiencies strategies. During his tenure at FCM, he also founded and developed VoxMD and has created marketing strategies for medical device companies, physicians, and practices worldwide, specializing in orthopedics and spine. VoxMD now creates AI-driven marketing tools and technologies to address the marketing challenges of this new era of information.
