Her career encompasses ownership, operational leadership, and advisory roles across a diverse spectrum of healthcare entities, including medical private practices, ambulatory surgery centers (ASCs), durable medical equipment (DME) companies, and clinical laboratory organizations.
With deep expertise in healthcare operations—spanning practice management, revenue cycle management, inventory optimization, regulatory compliance, and workforce development—Melika has guided numerous medical practices and surgical facilities in enhancing operational performance, strengthening financial sustainability, and implementing scalable, longterm growth strategies.
